Trends I'm loving

I feel like I haven't done many posts about fashion on my blog so I’m going to start! I’ve been having a little bit of writers block recently but I need to remember that not every post is going to be everyone's cup of tea… But that’s the fun of it I suppose! It’s my little space to write about anything! So, fashion it is.

I’m kind of lazy when it comes to style. I live in black jeans, jumpers, white T’s, trainers or boots and some kind of jacket or coat. I mean, it’s January and rather cold so layers are essential. I have however started appreciating a good pair of biker boots, silk things and well, everything yellow. Here are a few things I’m loving at the moment:

I love the look of biker boots. With mom jeans, skinny jeans, trousers, skirts, dresses. With tights, without tights… You get the idea. But it’s actually proven relatively difficult to find a good pair. So here are a few I’ve come across on my search:

Topshop shiny boots - £42:

Sock Boots - £39.99:

New Look boots - £27.99:

Pointed over the knee boots:

Animal Print Accessories

I’m absolutely loving everything animal print at the moment. I feel trousers and silk skirts are everywhere and they just look so cool. However, I could not pull anything like that off… So instead, I like to add a little somethin’ to my outfit via little pops of the print. Here are a few ideas:

Bag -

Scrunchie Bow -

Belt -

This bag isn’t animal print but it does have a little snake on it and I bloody love it -

My favourite colour in the entire world is yellow. I’m so happy it’s on trend right now because it makes me so happy when I see it around Instagram. My favourite ways to wear it are:

Jumper -

Heels -

Bag -

Silk top -

I could go on and keep going wild with the links but I’m sure that’s probably enough to keep you going for a while and I don’t want to bore you all! But I really loved doing this - it gave me the excuse to online shop too. I’ve just made a rather large asos order full of lots of yellow so I’m sure you’ll be seeing pictures very soon!

Time to drink some wine and start planning Sunday’s post - I’m baking cookies and I cannot wait.

See you soon,

Meg xx
